Day 5 @ Sushi Tei

work work and work !

Had been busy with work @ Sushi Tei for the past few days. Frankly speaking, I still don't get bored working there, maybe the staffs there are good (not all though), food are all so delicious and eye-catching, the location is good (faces the sea) . . .

So today is my 5th day and allow me to share with you a spectacular answer replied by a couple when I only asked them a simple question ?

Being a waiter, you gota go around asking customers what are their choice of drink. So for the last 4days at work, I never failed to get a standard answer like Coke, Iced water, warm water, beer . . .
But today, I'm really dumbstrucked when I ask a couple for their choice of drink.

Here it goes:

Fred : Hi Sir and Mdm, any drink for both of you?

Sir : Hmm give me a glass of water please.

Fred: Alright Sir. May I know do you want it warm or iced ?

Sir: I want it room temperature.

Fred: ( I went blank for 2secs before asking the lady)

Fred: So Mdm, what about you?

Mdm: I want water, room temperature too !

Fred: ( And I went bonkers!!! )

Can't believe they can give me such a answer, the result won't be that bad if only the man demand a room temperatured water. Can't believe the wife follow suit as well ! Gosh, so are they expecting me to take a thermometer and dip into their glass and make sure that their glass of water hits 24-28 degree celsius ?

But I love the way they answered me anyway, its like a joke which is not lame BUT dumb ! haha but I need that badly, cause I'm so worn out the entire, that keeps me going on for the next 1hr before the restaurant close.

Tomorrow I'm on leave, haha, so gota sleep in and then go for a swim and tan at noon alone before heading to changi village tomorrow for CCA camp. Alright, stay tune for tmr's entry, till then, BYE !
