Khoo Mengkiat is on paper !

Let me unveil the true personality of our dearest buddy Khoo Mengkiat. Listen to what I've had to say carefully.

Yesterday night, mk was telling me on msn that we are meeting 11am at CP MRT today to go work together. Being confident that he will definitely be early, he impose a challenge on me, he said : "Eh why not whoever who is late treat the other party lunch", said mk confidently.

So when I heard abt it, I agree to it right away. I bet his 1st impression will be that I will be intimidated by his challenge.

So what happened today?

*Allow me to label all this cunning schemes by numerical so that it will be easier for all of you to see.

1. Without fail, he will always give me a morning call, but as for today, due to the challenge he has set, he decided not to call me, i assume his main objective is to see me wake up late, so that he might get a free lunch.

I was waiting for his call till 10.45am, he still failed to call me. So being afraid that he might oversleep, I text him instead, to make sure that he wont be late for work.

2. Instead of replying me immediately, he waited for like 5-10mins before replying me saying that he is at CP MRT already.

Then I began to see the cunning schemes of him. Of course I will not just lay back and just treat him lunch like that, I outsmart him. I told him that I was at home, but actually I was already running to CP.


This is the funny part, when I reached CP, i decided to call him again. Read the below conversation when I was on the phone with Mk.

Fred: Hey where are you ? ( I was already at the MRT platform and mk was not there)

Mk : I reach already loe, at the end of the MRT platform.

Fred: ( Feeling abit weird with mk's dubious words. He normally wait at the head of the train platform, not the end. So I walked all the way to the end to look for him.)

Mk: Didnt you see me ?

Fred: Where got?

Fred: ( Then I turned back and towards the head of the train. And I saw the cunning fox appear who just came down from the escalator.)

Woah, I was like dumbstrucked manx, can't believe that is khoo mengkiat, the innocent classmate whom I used to know. He is full of deceptions manx !

Anyway he kept his word and treated me to lunch, those economic rice. Haha and I was nice enough not to choose 3 meats for my packet of rice. haha

What else happened today?

Oh yeah, working with mk is really fun. Whenever we see one another, we never failed to bump onto one another, or to use the tray ( which was meant to serve customers) and smack the other party's ass. haha but today it's exceptional, I did something to him which unintentionally embarrassed him

He was squatting to reach for a fruit juice glass in the cabinet. I saw him and charged towards him and kick gently on the door of the cabinet. The door hit the glass he was holding and broke the upper half of the glass. The glass shattered into tiny bits and some even land under the table of the customer. Mk looked at me sternly, eyes filled with fury. He then went to the kitchen and took a broom out.

The funny part is, whenever someone broke something, to identity who is the person who broke it, all you need to do is to fix your eyes on the kitchen door. Whoever brings out the broom is the culprit. So mk happened to be that culprit even though he was not guilty of breaking that glass.

Sorry Mk, I will not disturb you to such extent anymore.
