long update

I was really bored one day and thought of calling my cute lil cousin over to play. He was jubilated when he received my invitation. We had a great time together man. He was learning to play Counter-Strike that day and he enjoyed it thoroughly. After knowing of his limitations (his young age) of reaching the level of difficulties and intensity of that game, he decided to play a simpler shooting game. A shooting which can be found in miniclips.com, but now, shooting down of SPACESHIPS. Hilarious.

This boy really brightens my day. He even pestered me to lend him some of my MR BEAN VCDs and demanded my mini yellow volkswagen toy car which he deemed to be the same as of MR BEAN.

Knowing that he have so much to carry, he politely ask me this :

Kor Kor, can you please give me a plastic bag?

Whats more, he even called his mate down to bring his VCDs and chocolates up while I cooked some noodles for him.
Then when sending him back, he demanded to climb the stairs with him. All the way up to his house and I thank God its only 8 storey high.

He is just too adorable and lovable. I promised to bring him out 1 day to get him his MR BEAN teddy bear. I shall meet him tomorrow after my swim with the guys. Maybe jm and lk will be so in love with him and buy him sweets. haha


Our impromptu KBOX session over at hougang plaza. Good times spent tgt. Mk was a terrible photographer and thats the reason why I do not have any pictures of myself.

Went Ikea with KS on sunday. Woah we had a great time out man. He was looking for a chair and both of us actually tested the huge array of chairs which were displayed at the furniture section for at least 30mins. And having much discussions and individual points of view, we finalised the decision.

After that, we went to the paintings' section and KS managed to get a great macro shot of a flower. Very expensive painting indeed. It was the last piece too.
We took a shuttle bus back to SK and then went over to his place to fix up that chair and had dinner there while catching the LIVE telecast of the F1 race.

Woah I regretted not buying tics to catch them live man. Going there to listen to the whizzing of the cars is more than enough to feed my satisfaction. And I'm proud of Singapore to actually won the bid to hold the F1 seasons for 5years. This means, tendacy of watching the night race LIVE is realistically high. Looking forward to that man.

My view on Sunday's race:
Everyone was competitive, you see the competitiveness to outshine one another dwelling in each and every single racer.


Alonso was great, due to some setbacks in the qualifying rounds which landed him to be the last few on the Grid, he still continues to strive and indeed he has delivered it well.


Felipe Massa's incident was a lil bit too dramatic and tragic. Votes were cast on him even the race commence. He was leading in front of Hamilton in the beginning and his fate of walking away as the champion was destroyed after his 1pit stop where he drove off with the fuel hose still attached to his car. Woah and the engineers wasted so much time to detached the hose. At the end of the day, he was positioned 13th.


Lewis Hamilton, he is my all time favourite man. His determination has earned him his 2nd runner up trophy. And on the score chart, he is leading ahead of Felipe Massa by 7 points. Which means in order for Felipe to outbeat Hamilton, he gotta really perform for the remaining 3 races which will be held in Japan, China and lastly Brazil.

7 points may be a huge no. but it could be something which is attainable too. So bottomline, its both Hamilton and Massa's game. Cant wait to catch the race on the TV once again.

Guys if you are interested, the race will commence from the 10-12 of Oct at Fuji Speedway.
Japan's time is just an hr ahead of us, time is perfect !


My all time favourite reality TV is back ! Like FINALLY !!!!
This will be the 13th season.
It will be on channel 5 for 2 timeslots.
One in the morning I guess and another at night, like 11pm.

BUDDIES ALERT: Supper tmr night yeah. Lk driving his van up to ferry us. Do keep yourself free, it's public holiday on wed too. So lets meet up and hang out together man. Will send SMS to all of you tmr again.

Good times together

Had a scrumptious dinner over at SUSHI TEH TAKA with 2 of my very good buddies. The bill leeched from all 3 of us a total of $102. Wonderful dinner, good ambience, good food and most impt good companions. As a staff of Sushi Teh, of course there are privileges like complimentary deserts and 10% discount of your bill. But I still think there is still room for improvement for Staff's Privileges. HMM gluttonous me!

Headed to Cine for our KBOX session. Sang for 3,5hr before cabbing home. Whats more, at the very last 30min, lk was like screaming at the top of his voice, and this attracted the attention of the staffs outside. They were giggling and smiling, but at the end of the day, it does not concern us at all, we enjoyed ourselves and we foot the bill.

Tmr gotta meet up with ks and ric for a afternoon swim then head down to IKEA to do some shopping, then maybe a good dinner to end the day off.

Fred is being pampered heavily, at his OWN EXPENSES though.

Alright pen off, time to hit the sack.

Intensive workout

Hit the pool with lk,jm and jason in the afternoon. Dive straight in and fulfill my target of 40laps. Hmm still quite satisfied with my performance, but I still need to buck up more man. Swimming has always been a form of relaxation for me, knowing that you've completed your goal brings you nth but jubilation.

After swimming, jason and I tortured ourselves further by hitting the gym straight. Woah this is our 1st time man, cant believe I actually complied with his suggestion. But nonetheless, we hit the weights hard and left the gym after an hr or so.

Whole body and mind totally drained out man.

I think I've made a really wise decision not to work this week. I deserve a break after the grueling 6mth stint with ST which earn me only a B for my grade. *PISS OFF*
Time spent with buddies and family makes my day.

What's up for tmr man.

Update Update !

This has always been our usual hangout ever since it was launched few mths back. Weekdays will definitely be a good choice to swim compared to weekends. You will encounter inconsiderate fellow who will mingle by the perimeter of the pool,standing water in the middle of the pool, swim diagonally across the pool or WORST, swim by the breadth of the pool. I mean it's okay if you were to do that in other pools but not in the competition pool right.

Woah this is a picture of jason and jm in competitive mode man. Lk and I were done with our laps and were seeking shelter from the hot burning sun. Due to boredom, hence this pic.

Childish freaks. One in his own bedtime boxers and another who sit near the pool and have the audacity to soak his flip flops in the pool. Caught by the lifeguard and was told off. He gotta thnk his lucky stars that I did not snap that pic else he will be featured in STORM. This huge guy may be familiar to some of you, he is our junior from CVSS. A attention seeker I must say. What to do, the lack of maturity. Just like me few years back. wahaha

We helped KS out with the painting of his bedroom. Watch out for an EXTREME MAKEOVER man.

Today was kinda bored. Was trying to do smth but to no avail. So i decided to cook smth for the family. Bought the necessity from COLD STORAGE and began cooking. I've realised that I'm so in love with spices and herbs from MASTERFOOD. Check them out ...

Present to you, Spicy Teriyaki Fillet. Rated 7/10 by mom and bro. Doesnt taste as good as I've expected, it could be the marinade . Overall I'm still very much satisfied with the outcome. If you do not know, cooking is one of my passion. I love to make someone's day with food. haha but that does not explain my huge-ness. thats 2 different topics...


And all time favourite, Chicken and prawn (with veg) spicy pasta. Adding spicy-ness to the pasta indeed enhanced the flavours of it. KS will love it I guess.

Hmm I guess that's all for today. Tmr intensive work out. Swim in the morning, then jason requested to gym after that. I will bring my gym equipments, but we shall see if we can still go on after our 40laps swim. haha

Workouts Updates !

No pain No gain

Today was really full of vigorous workouts. Starting with a 30 laps swim over at Sengkang Swimming Complex with jiamao and lk. Was feeling rather fortunate as lk is driving to pick us up over @ my place. That saves the treacherous walk under the hot glaring afternoon sun !

Had a whale of a time over the slides area. There were lifeguards who were made to stationed at the pool to ensure the safety of those who were coming down from the slides. They gotta make sure clearance is done before they signal to the personnel at the top to allow the next user to take the slide.

So the hilarious part was, me together with mao and lk were on the slides (side to side), as we were sliding down at an accelerated velocity, the next image which I saw was a lifeguard who was stationed below, wiping this sunglasses. What's more, his tee was half drenched. Shall not elaborate more, and out of the 3 of us, you know who is the culprit.

So after a great swim, we headed back to our nest and rest for the day. At night, I called out for the guys to have a run but none was available, therefore a one man run for the night. Satisfying run I should say, covered at least 4km and was sweating profusely when I met ks over @ my fitness corner.

He was sharing about his stint at Eureka, a events management company. I found his job scope rather interesting because he is dealing with different stuffs and he have the opportunity to meet people from various companies. Nice !!

So ks decided to train his pull up and amazingly he is still able to hit 10 after a hearty dinner. Hmm and shame on me, yeah SHAME ON ME!
I can't even do 1 ! Hmm NAPHA is coming up really soon, the fear of not pulling myself up over that bar still dawned upon me. Looks like I need to make some adjustment in my weight lifting sessions. Lets see.

Anyway, buddies out there, we are celebrating Johnathan belated birthday this Sat ! Confirmed! Tentative time to meet will be ard 7.30 pm and the venue will somewhere be in the EAST. Please throw in ideas if you have any and make urself available for that day of celebration.

Out with buddies

Today was an eventful day for me. Together with my bunch of buds,naming ks, jason, mk, and jm, we headed to SK swimming complex for a swim before shopping over at Compasspoint and Tampines Mall.

Swam 30 laps this afternoon and the drive and motivation of pursuing fitness is terrified. All of us challenged one another to swim 30 laps, including our jiamao. After a good swim, we headed to CP for a healthy lunch @ Subway, Eat Fresh. Still tasty as ever yeah.

After lunch, mk and ks went to G2k to shop for their formal wear, which is required of them during their 3/5 mths internship. Glad that I'm done and over with it!!!

Chanced upon a swimming tights @ ARENA boutique and managed to get one at a really cheap price. Loving it, new tights for thur swimming man. Got some necessity such as shampoo and body foam for swimming and some rolled oats for daily breakfast. NICE !!

Good time spent today, gym tmr with jm and bang. Looking forward. Then going back to CVSS to look for that FB !! Work after that till 10.30 !



Alright half an hr more to our dearest Johnathan Chia 20th birthday!



This guy has been really a great buddy to most of us. His cold jokes always amaze us and some jokes of his left us irritated, a desperate need to give him a huge spanking! His contagious laughter never fails to make us laugh so hard till our sides hurt.

His failure of managing his priorities never fails to make us wake for him in whee hours like 2am to have STEAMBOAT together.

His clumsiness always portrays a behaviour of a clown in a circles.

His enthusiasm in MUSIC caused me to giggle when 100% was reprimanded by Mdm Aliah when we skipped Social Studies Remedial Lesson.

Johnathan we still love you for who you are ! Happy 20th Birthday !!!

Major Updates

I was wiping all the windows in my house 1 day and I happened to chance upon this weird looking bug which I thought Haim Saban got his inspiration from before he created the illustrious kids TV series, Masked Rider.

This bug really look unique. It has legs of cockroaches, stomach of a really huge flying ant, wings of a really huge bee and of course eyes of masked rider. haha, amazing creation !
